ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY

There are many factors that can influence production profitability. Often the management of the firm cannot easily identify all of these factors because their closeness to the situation does not allow them to see things clearly.

Certainly, an accurate industrial accounting can provide useful information for the evaluation of production efficiency, but this in and of itself may not be sufficient to immediately promptly identify all negative effects on production.

Some results of negative effects on production are low yields and lack of production by skilled workers due to shortages of materials. These effects can signal that insufficient attention is being paid to hidden production factors.

Production can be likened to a complex series of interlocking gears, all of which are interdependent one with the other. As such, a hypothetical slowing effect on but a single gear will transmit its negative effects throughout the entire system of production.

Our experience allows us to help a firm to expose and eliminate future problems derived from programming, timing and production methods, production cycles and process structure, material delivery, production line feeding, flow of semi-finished goods, and quality control, all of which are necessary for optimum productivity.
